Add a skill in four steps

Skills teach Claude a repeatable way to do one job well. Once added, you trigger them just by asking.

  1. Click Download skill (.zip) on any skill below.
  2. In Claude, open Settings and find Skills (it may sit under Capabilities or Customize).
  3. Choose Upload skill and select the .zip file.
  4. Turn the skill on, start a new chat, and type the example prompt.

Menus vary by Claude version. If a download doesn't work on your device, use Copy instructions on the skill, paste it into a new chat, and add: "Package this as a skill I can save."

The three skills

Start with #1. The other two are for when you're ready to build or ship something with AI.

Start here Skill 1

Automate-First Quick Win

Interviews you one question at a time about your manual, repetitive tasks, scores each with the Automate-First Score (Time Drain + Frequency + Ease of Fix, each 1 to 5, out of 15), and ranks what to automate first. Then it gives you a 4-day plan, 30 minutes a day, to build the winner.

Try it by typing: "Help me find what I should automate first."

Skill 2

AI Governance Architect

Audits an AI feature or build for oversight gaps across two tracks: human-in-the-loop (approval gates, audit logs, kill switches) and human-in-the-lead (intent, decision rights, boundaries). You pick what to add, and it hands you a clear list to build.

Try it by typing: "Audit my AI feature for governance gaps."

Skill 3

Vibe Architect OS

Before you build anything with AI, it maps where the system should act on its own, which patterns to use (webhooks, schedules, AI calls), and what stack fits. You get a one-page Agentic Architecture Brief you can hand to a builder.

Try it by typing: "I have an idea for an app. Help me plan it."
